Ihre Aufgaben

• Passing on knowledge, training new employees and working closely with the department's engineers

• Taking responsibility for the measures of implementation to requalify and commission production systems

• Performing experiments/process trials

• Supporting and implementing continuous improvement processes

  The continuous shift operation schedule is introduced. The work duration is 8 hours per shift / 36 per week with the rhythm 6/4. The work is proceeded in a cleanroom environment, As a microtechnologist (f/m/div) in semiconductor production, you will monitor our production facilities, react to process deviations and make decisions to ensure smooth production processes. You will perform problem analysis and provide statistical evaluations necessary measures. You will effectively manage the tasks and use analyses to optimize individual process steps. We are looking for your support in one of various process areas (e.g. wafer testing, plasma processes, lithography, furnace technology or metrology). Do you have a vocational training as a microtechnologist (f/m/div) or experience in a comparable field in the semiconductor industry and are you looking for a career start or a career change with a long-term perspective? Ihr Profil

As a microtechnologist, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You add to the feeling of cohesion in your area and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you:

• Have completed vocational training as a microtechnologist, production technologist or electronics technician for microtechnology (f/m/div)

• Ideally have some work experience in a production company and skilled in IT

• Are enthusiastic for working in a highly automated production environment

• Are experienced in using MS Office or other software applications

• Understand complex processes and are able to make decisions

• Have a good working knowledge of German (minimum B1 level, B2 level preferred)
