Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: What youll do: As a (Senior) Support Lead (f/m/d), you will be part of our DevOps Engineering team, which is the face to the customer and manages incident and service requests for the SAP Cloud Infrastructure. You will be part of the 7/24 on-call rotation and share responsibilities with the rest of the SAP Cloud Infrastructure team to ensure continuous premium support coverage. As the support lead you will be responsible for orchastrating the support tasks, reviewing the service qualtiy, take care of the on-duty shift planning and lead by example. This role requires excellent communication skills and expertise in DevOps principles, cloud concepts, Kubernetes and container technologies, and general knowledge in infrastructure technologies such as computing, networking, and storage. You must possess Linux knowledge to navigate and operate the platform on the command line and shell interfaces to analyse issues in the infrastructure and OpenStack platform components like Nova, Neutron, and Cinder.
