We offer regular working hours with the option of working from a home office (if required) and an attractive salary model with an above-average performance-based commission payment on top.



Ihre Aufgaben


#Challenge: You represent our nbb.com values in our stores and together with your team turn customers into fans. #Tasks: You will provide advice and assistance to our customers in the selection of their new technology product.

#Activities: Active selling and an appealing presentation of goods are as much a part of your duties as smaller service activities (e.g. software installations or upgrades). Inventory management and cashier activities round off your work with us.

#Excitement: With your enthusiasm for technology and your passion to provide the best customer service, you find the optimal solutions for our customers.

#Variety: As part of our orange off- and online world, you have the opportunity to support our other departments from your home office, either temporarily or in the future on a long-term basis. This can be in product management, which fill the online store with life, with the communication experts in the front office, as support in accounting in the exchange of information with our suppliers or as a contact person for our business customers in the system house area. Ihr Profil


#Background: Commercial training and/or relevant sales experience in retail, ideally in the area of IT products/consumer electronics are an advantage.

#Motivation: Enthusiasm and a strong understanding of service are a matter of course for you.

#Communication: Teamwork and customer service are a matter of course for you and thanks to your very good communication skills as well as your sociability, you manage to quickly inspire others. #Customer orientation: You demonstrate a sure instinct and have a feel for technical trends. #Teamwork: You are a team player and like to take responsibility for your area.
