Brand Creative (m/f/d)

We are Truffle Bay, a privately owned agency specialising in strategic brand consulting and development. We're looking for a key player to join our creative team immediately. At Truffle Bay, creative, strategy, and account teams work closely together for international corporations, SMEs, and startups.

Truffle Bay is part of a large interdisciplinary full-service brand experience network that covers the entire value chain in the brand experience sector. This enables us to comprehensively support clients from the idea and concept to the implementation of projects.

Ihre Aufgaben

• You will be our Creative Engine, working with consultants, strategists, and creatives, interdisciplinary partners, and the network's know-how to develop innovative, holistic brand design systems and brand experience projects from development to implementation.

• You will take responsibility for your own projects and for your creative sparring partners in the team! The entire Truffle Bay, Creative Lead, and mandate management will support you in this.

• You are always looking for new impulses, innovative technologies, and creative ideas. Your drive is to create new things - always with passion! Your tasks are diverse: from logo design to concept presentations and design systems to playbooks in brand portals.

• You have a clear vision of how modern brands should be experienced - today and in the future. Share it with your team in the network and with our clients. In compact presentations, you make this clear and simple.,

• Brand, design, experience, and communication projects for national and international clients.

• Knowledge sharing in the full-service experience network.

• Insight and data-driven workflows.

• A team with many years of award-winning experience in large agencies and international networks.

• AI Academy: Weekly immersion into current AI news, trends, information, and use cases, Creator-Seat, and access to all existing GPTs and text-to-image engines.

Ihr Profil

• You have approximately 3-5 years of agency experience in design, brand, or communication agencies.

• You are ambitious, think creatively, anew, systemically, and conceptually, and have already worked in an interdisciplinary manner.

• You are proficient in common creation tools (3D, Blender/Cinema 4D, Motion, UI/UX, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite und GPTs & Generative AI-Tools) to present design systems and concepts in static, interactive, spatial, and motion formats.

• Ideally, you have experience in managing content, image, and film productions.

• Besides good German skills, you also have good English skills, both written and spoken.
