Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Data Science Partner to join our EMEA Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of data science-driven insights and solutions that enable Johnson and Johnson EMEA Innovative Medicine (Commercial and Medical) to achieve its strategic goals. These solutions include a broad variety of use cases, such as customer segmentation, personalization and medical affairs. The work will be critical in the management of our next-best-action platform: a personalized and dynamic recommendation engine that optimizes the customer engagement and journey across multiple channels and touch points.

Develop and implement the data science and commercial/medical AI strategy and plan for assigned area aligned with the global and regional business objectives and priorities.

Support business value and impact of the data solutions, by defining and tracking the key performance indicators, communicating the results and insights to the business stakeholders, and driving the adoption and utilization of the data solutions by the business users.

Support the data science activities in commercial and medical AI projects across the region, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable insights and forecasts.

Expected to live up to J&Js Credo principles and translate J&J leadership standards into way of working.

Collaborate with the business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors, to understand the business needs and objectives, identify the data opportunities and challenges, and co-create the data solutions that address them.

Provide strategic guidance and support to the regional and local business units and functions on data science.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous learning within the organization, by promoting the use of data and insights, sharing the best practices and learnings, and encouraging the experimentation and innovation.

Ihr Profil

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in data science, psychology, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree will be a plus

At least 5 years of experience in data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field in Pharma

Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and solutions that have a significant and measurable impact on the business.

Strong knowledge and experience in various data science domains, such as machine learning, deep learning & natural language processing as well as in related tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong pharma business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand the business needs and objectives and translate them into data solutions.

Strong ethical and professional standards, with the ability to comply with the data privacy and security policies and regulations.

Fluency in English and German, additional central European languages is a strong merit
