Are you looking to take on a role with visibility to senior stakeholders and international exposure? And would you like to work on varied assignments from marketing strategy to lead generation to event management? Then we might have an interesting opportunity for you!
Our new Country Marketing Strategist will serve as a strategic business partner to Sedgwick's German business unit leadership to develop tailored marketing strategies to support growth. You will partner with the country CEO and in-country leaders in operations, sales, and client services to develop marketing strategies to support growth as part of a wider international marketing team.

Provide direction and bring campaigns to life
You will team up with central marketing support (PR, Digital/Social, Content, Conference) leads to enable marketing in Germany while also supporting global marketing projects. Other tasks include:

Develop and deploy marketing strategies in Germany with country leadership.

Provide stakeholder updates to business unit leadership; shares results, and optimizes plans based on learnings.

Work with the in-house agency to develop and design best-in-class marketing approaches.

Manage execution against the overall country content calendar and customer/client programmes.

Support international marketing projects like website development and digital marketing.
You will also partner up with the creative team to provide direction, ideate concepts, and bring campaigns to life - while you develop plans and monitors and reports on digital content performance metrics and makes data-driven recommendations to optimize assets and improve user engagement.
You will leverage market trends to identify opportunities for new content and campaign development.
While you also conduct research and analysis on industry and competitor trends to ensure our brand/solutions are showing up best-in-class, you also translate existing customer insights into relevant marketing program implications.
Do you have curiosity for consumer insights?
Ihr Profil
We are looking for you with proven management skills, with a strong consumer-first approach, grounded in a passion and curiosity for consumer insights. Besides solid negotiating skills, you also bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field *
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience as an account manager, planner or strategist in a b2b or b2c marketing role.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Fluent in both German and English.
You are analytical with interpretive skills, while you also show strong organizational skills. You possess the ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports - and you are comfortable with working in a fast paced and collaborative team environment.
