Be the subject matter expert for Sysmex' Immunochemistry platform including instruments,reagents, consumables and software - across the entire Product-Life-Cycle

Develop and release product related information materials and maintain information on internal and customer portals, support product launches and collect market requirements for product improvements and developments

Develop and conduct product application trainings and provide 2nd level product application support incl. troubleshooting and complaint handling to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region

Conduct software testing and release, manage topics related to local product registrations and environmental requirements, coordinate internal and external product verification/ validation projects
-
Collaborate closely and effectively with interdisciplinary teams from Sysmex group companies, affiliates and internal departments in complex projects
-
Support Sysmex sales teams with joint customer visits and data provision, represent the immunochemistry product portfolio at conferences/ exhibitions
Ihr Profil
-
Academic degree in natural sciences, biotechnology, medical sciences or similar degree
-
More than 5 years professional experience in the laboratory diagnostics market (IVD) with a focus on product management and/or product application

Experience and knowledge in the field of immunoassays/ immunochemistry
-
Excellent command of English, knowledge of other European languages advantageous

Perseverance and business orientation as well as presentation and teaching skills

Highly analytical, structured and proactive work style with a hands-on mindset and combined with the willingness to develop a new business field

Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 20 %)

Problem solving capabilities in a multi-cultural and complex environment
