At Mantu, we harness the transformative power of data analytics and AI to optimize business operations, drive informed decision-making, and foster sustainable growth. To strengthen our ambitious and dynamic Finance team, we are seeking a proactive and detailed oriented Data Analyst.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions while converting raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders including Financial Partners, Heads of Business, and Product Managers to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Your missions

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights.

• Design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions, including dashboards and reporting tools.

• Create and manage tools for data storage and analysis.

• Conduct database queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting as needed.

• Develop visualizations and reports for projects and ad hoc requests.

• Data Systems Development

• Improve and maintain existing data systems and analytics platforms.

• Support system integration projects with internal teams, including unit testing and issue resolution.

• Automation & Innovation

• Contribute to automation projects, such as auto-matching freelancers to opportunities based on data.

• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance workflows and analytics capabilities.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (minimum two years).

• Proficiency in data warehouse design and data mining techniques.

• Technical expertise with database systems, ETL processes, and tools such as Azure Databricks.

• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

• Knowledge in EPM tools (OneStream, HFM) is a plus.

• Fluent in Vietnamese, English; additional languages are an advantage.

• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
