Your responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site support for commissioning, maintenance and minor repairs of our pump systems
- Conduct product testing and validation in our R&D labs at the Duisburg site
- Diagnose technical issues and assist with product configuration and system optimization
- Plan service routes and coordinate appointments with customers independently
- Document service activities and performance data (service reports, test logs)
- Act as a technical contact for customers and sales partners, ensuring high service quality and responsiveness
- Deliver product training and technical support in-house or on-site
- Contribute to the development of our service structures and processes
Your profile:
- Certified technician in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, testing or technical support for industrial equipment
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read technical drawings and schematics (CAD, P&ID)
- Experience in cleanroom environments or biopharma applications is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and organize service schedules
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe; valid drivers license required
