We are seeking a strategic, organized, and highly proactive Project Manager to drive the success of our marketing communications initiatives. This role will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure each campaign aligns with our brand and communication goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach., 1) Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the EMEA region to define project goals, KPIs, and communication strategies.
- Identify key project milestones, set deliverable deadlines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Act as the central point of contact between cross functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage projects as well as operational tasks, monitor project progress, and adjust timelines or resources as needed to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-message, and on-time.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Provide regular budget and resource updates to leadership and make recommendations for efficiencies.
- Review all project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve project workflows and communication effectiveness.
- Post-campaign, analyse performance metrics and document learnings to optimise future campaigns.
- Prepare regular project updates, report on progress, and communicate any risks or roadblocks to leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings, capture actionable takeaways, and ensure clarity across all teams.
- Create post-project reports with key insights, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
Ihr Profil

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing communications, advertising, or a related field.

Project Management Skills: Proven experience with project management tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet, Planner, etc.) and methodologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German language, with an ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner.

Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and keep projects aligned with strategic goals.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset; able to think critically and provide actionable insights.
