Your profile

  • 2+ years in a leading strategic consulting company (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or an international SaaS organization.
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Critical thinker with a deep understanding of revenue generation strategies.
  • Leadership Potential: Ability to build and lead a team of 2-3 people within 2 years.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Your mission

  • Data Management and Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform revenue strategy decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance.
  • Identify trends and actionable insights to optimize business outcomes.

  • Map and improve revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Implement workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment in all revenue-related operations.
  • Technology and Systems Management
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and related technologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow across platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits and system maintenance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and lead cross-departmental initiatives.
