The Eminox Group comprises of three companies; Eminox Ltd, Ceramex Ltd and SaveGuard and we supply products and services, globally from our manufacturing facilities in the UK (HQ), Europe, North America and Asia. The business leadership team take the overall ownership and accountability to deliver the businesses targets, a critical function of this being the overall growth targets of the business and as such the creation and execution of the global business strategy.
The Ceramex Business Unit Leader provides the direct link between the business strategy and the execution and development of the Ceramex growth pipeline, with specific focus on delivering greater that 5% CAGR alongside increasing the PBT yr/yr through new OE, distributor partnerships as well as adding further licensing and franchise partners.
In addition to generating additional revenues and strengthening PBT, the BUL is responsible for NPI and sustaining engineering, alongside product/portfolio management and product lifecycle management. By necessity this will also include building and expanding relationships with our global partners and being their voice within the organisation.

This BUL role will drive the growth of Ceramex business as well as customer retention by managing the various stakeholders' expectation in line with the company development plans. Specifically, this BUL will also be responsible to coach the rest of the Eminox group of companies in understanding the global partnership/JV base and how this assists the group in meeting the customer needs/challenges. This will spread across existing partners (SRC) and newly developed relationships.
This is a broad scope business role, where the successful delivery will rely on functional impact from the entire breadth of the business, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
The successful candidate will have experience of acquiring, maintaining, and retaining key clients (Supply Chain, Customers and Development Partners) ideally within engineering/manufacturing industry.
The Business Unit Leader will be responsible for both maintaining business and developing new opportunities globally and working collaboratively between the customers and Eminox group of companies, at all business levels and across all functions, to build differentiating value.,

Meet or exceed sales and gross margin plan: Including 3yr double digit CAGR growth plans

Increase and accurately forecast sales and prospect pipeline

Own the associated P&L and Balance sheet of the Ceramex BU
