Ihre Aufgaben

Our model for success is a better life for everyone and purposeful tasks for our employees. For more than 50 years, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), as a company of the German Federal Government, has been supporting the implementation of development policy goals worldwide. Together with partner organisations in 120 countries, we are involved in a diverse range of projects. If you want to make a difference in the world and develop yourself in the process, you've come to the right place., The demands on companies and their business partners to respect human rights and environmental standards are increasing. To support partner countries in effectively implementing the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the European Commission and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) have launched the Team Europe Initiative (TEI) 'Sustainability in Global Value Chains'. The sector project 'Corporate and Public Responsibility for Sustainable Supply Chains' (SV UNÖV) operates the TEI secretariat and coordinates the support measures of the EU and its member states. As part of the TEI, employees will contribute to the establishment and advisory services of the 'EU Helpdesk': stakeholders from partner countries receive free, individualized advice and recommendations for suitable support measures from experts at the EU Helpdesk. The expertise in corporate and environmental due diligence and collaboration with actors in partner countries will be used to advise them on how to become 'fit for CSDDD' and for related EU regulations. We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for the EU helpdesk and the TEI secretariat supporting the development of the Helpdesk and the coordination of the TEI.
