YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the President Nutrition in the daily office organization (e.g. appointment coordination)
- Organization of meetings, invitation of participants, preparation of meeting minutes
- Event Management, especially support of planning and Execution of EMEA Tradeshows like FIE, Vitafoods
- Support with analyses and preparation of ppt presentations to suppliers and customers
- Business analysis based on EBW systems
- Management of internal projects and topics in the Nutrition Sector
- Control of invoices and edit invoices via SAP workflow
- Market research in order to support development projects on specific products or market segments
- Cooperation with the assistants of the various business units
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of operational professional experience as Management Assistant or Project Manager
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills combined with strong communication skills
- Good skills in the usage of MS Excel, Workday, Power Point, Teams as well as CRM and SAP System and Share Point
- Quick comprehension and an independent and structured way of working
- High Self-Management and organizational capabilities; ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines
