* Work in cross-functional teams, including product managers, automation experts and business stakeholders, to build intelligent automation solutions by hands-on development to fulfill business needs
* Take responsibility in the end-to-end development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
* Enhance existing automation solutions with AI to drive the smartification
* Communicate findings, insights and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and mentor junior colleagues
* Act as a thought leader by sharing your ideas and convince to go new ways
* Several years of professional experience in intelligent automation positions and a consulting background
* Soundhands-on experience in building intelligent automation solutions
* Experience with software development best practices, including version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and testing
* Proven skills with our technology stack which includes various Azure services, Python, Java, Gitlab, Blue Prism and the Microsoft Power Platform
* Excellent communication and consulting skills engaging various stakeholders matching the audience
* Fluent in English and German
