Ihre Aufgaben

• Implementation of product development processes in the ALM system CodeBeamer

• Identification of internal customer needs and derivation of requirements for the templates for development projects

• Organization of template development in the agile cross-functional development team

• Active participation and representation of interests for template development within the SAFe organization (Scaled Agile Frameworks)

• Development of a multi-stage re-use concept as well as its regulation, setup and maintenance in the ALM system

• Establishment of an international expert community to organize the re-use libraries and organization of a comprehensive ALM expert group

• Internal communication of the strategy and measures for ALM activities in the product development process

• Coaching the development teams in the application of the template and 2nd level support

• Active participation in the international process management team and further development of the development processes

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering with a high affinity for IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in systems engineering and requirement engineering

• Experience with ALM tools

• Experience in agile product development (Scrum, SAFe) and project management

• User knowledge of PTC/Intland CodeBeamer desirable

• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English

• Enthusiasm and persuasiveness

• High customer orientation and strong communication skills as well as teamwork and assertiveness
