Your tasks:
- You are passionate about designing and shaping agile organizational structures as part of the digitization of leading industrial companies
- You build and evolve a high performance product organization that develops our global corporate website porsche.com using agile collaboration methods
- You continuously optimize the Agile Release Train and make sure to be in line with the lean-agile values and principles
- You act as a servant leader in the Agile Release Train and help identify and resolve cross-team risks and dependencies
- You conduct role-specific coaching and enablement of Product Managers, Architects, Agile Team Coaches, Product Owners, Business Owners and other stakeholders
- You facilitate SAFe events like PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync and others
- You collaborate with other Coaches and RTEs to ensure an overarching SAFe implementation
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, psychology, social science (or comparable)
- At least 5 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer in agile software development
- Experience in developing value streams is desirable
- Confident handling of the tools of a Release Train Engineer (e.g. MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Certified as SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Extensive experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, ideally in a scaled environment
- Willingness to travel
- Very good English and German skills
