Integration process
At Sebia, integration is a key step in the recruitment process.
Here are the five main stages that make up an integration process:

Upon confirmation of arrival, the manager communicates with the teams and appoints a tutor.

At least 2 weeks before arrival, the manager contacts the future employee to give him/her the details of his/her arrival and prepares his/her workstation.

On the D-day, the manager and the tutor welcome the newcomer, give him/her the trial period schedule, conduct the interview on arrival and give him/her the employment documents.

During the trial period, the new employee is trained at his or her workstation, and the manager and/or tutor organise regular formalized meetings to monitor the new employee's integration and skills development. The employee will then take part in a Sebia induction day.

Throughout the employee's life in the company, the manager and the tutor support the new recruit in his or her skills development.
