Ihre Aufgaben

As Teamlead Research & Development (m/f/d) you will lead our interdisciplinary innovation team. You will be responsible for building and leading the team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your main tasks will be to develop feature concepts, conduct market research, manage user testing and create prototypes. In addition, you will work closely with the Sales, Development, QUANT Success and Data Flow teams to implement the feature concepts that have been developed.

• Establishment and management of an interdisciplinary innovation team

• Development of feature concepts based on thorough market analysis

• Carrying out user tests and creating prototypes

• Cooperation with the Sales, Development, QUANT Success and Data Flow teams in the realisation of the developed feature concepts

• Direct reporting to the CEO

Ihr Profil

• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS product management

• Experience in sales is an advantage

• Experience in staff management

• Experience in working with agile methods

• Fluent German and English, other languages are an advantage
