Tasks and Qualifications:Your tasks:Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practicesFacilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.Apply agile methodology to our Business Transformation Program including the template build activities of packaged software solutionsAssist in defining acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and help the team be more productiveDeal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.Support the Product Owner and the Teams in finding techniques for backlog
prioritization & conflict resolution to maximize valueEnsure that impediments are identified and removed by the development teams and the Product Owner and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsWork with other Scrum Masters and colleagues on fostering the cultural change - grow together and be better tomorrow, establish an environment where trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility and fun are main attributes.Your profile:Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experienceVery good understanding as well as hands on implementation of different agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe)Several years of experience in IT projects: Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action if necessaryAdvanced knowledge in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro. Strong communication and facilitation skills in English is mandatory and German skills are considered a
