In the real estate industry, HEICO Technik has specialized for many years in the technical support of commercial properties in the areas of retail, office and logistics. We are looking for exactly you in the Frankfurt area and look forward to getting to know you!

Your tasks

• Contact person for customers and tenants for day-to-day operations

• Operating, monitoring and maintaining the building services systems

• Regular tours of the property and elimination of defects and other faults

• Support for maintenance and repair work, as well as minor repairs, e.g. B. Change locks and bulbs

• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the property

• General care and maintenance of the facilities, green maintenance, support for winter service

• on-call duty

Ihr Profil

• Completed training in a trade and/or professional experience in the field of building services

• Skilled craftsmanship

• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor

• Conscientious and independent way of working

• Driving license class B
