Define and deliver the Digital Channels IT roadmap in close cooperation with IT leadership and business functions.

Contribute to the development of the overall Kia EU IT strategy and its operationalization in annual business planning.

Act as a senior IT advisor/relationship manager for business partners and senior management.

Act as a senior IT stakeholder for external vendors/ implementation partners.

Develop and deliver medium-term planning, including resourcing and KPIs, to deliver the IT portfolio for Digital Channels.

Lead the team members in managing IT projects from ideation through delivery.

Identify and promote digital and technological innovations to support Kia's corporate strategy framework.

Identify and promote technological and process best practices.

Provide direction, feedback and coaching to support the professional and personal development of the team.

Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or a related discipline.

Proven track record of successful end-to-end IT project delivery (time/budget/quality).

Experience in CapEx/OpEx budget management.

Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges in a fast-pace environment.

Excellent communication skills across organizational hierarchies.

Proven team lead experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.

Strong people development skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, our company language.

Platform experience in AEM, Salesforce and/or SAP is advantageous.

Experience in business relationship management is advantageous.
