- Identifying and analyzing new market opportunities in the field of express and high-performance airfreight handling
- Developing innovative express and airfreight products
- Advising clients on tailored solutions for express and high-quality airfreight requirements
- Building long-term partnerships with airlines, logistics service providers, and strategic customers
- Conducting regular customer visits and attending industry events
- Creation of market and competitor analysis
- Managing projects to introduce new products or services, working in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to evaluate the success of sales and business development activities
- Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in outside sales in the freight forwarding or cargo handling sector or Bachelor & 3 years work experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Profound experience in acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel & adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, paired with high emotional intelligence & strong interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in fast-paced environments
