Ihre Aufgaben


As Customer Engagement lead in the Business Process Engineering unit, you will be a key player in shaping and structuring our SAP Cloud Infrastructure offering. In this role, you will report to the Head of GCID PlusOne Business Process Engineering.

In your role, you will play a crucial part in shaping how our organization supports customers and internal teams by defining the external customer engagements for our new offering SAP Cloud Infrastructure. You will act as a key contributor in developing strategies, processes, reporting and organizing customer service reviews.,

  • You will own and align the engagement process with GTM.

  • You will define service reviews, quality assurance and channels with our external customers..

  • You will drive reporting of upcoming customer(pipeline) and customer satisfaction.

  • You will define and align communication of innovations and improvements to our customer base with our marketing and technical teams.

    With your skills and proactive mindset, you will drive innovation and help shape the future of our customer engagement and knowledge-sharing initiatives. As many of the projects go across team boundaries strong networking, communication and coordination skills are required.



Ihr Profil


  • As the first focus market is Germany a mandatory language requirement is fluent German

  • Strong customer focus and experience with external customers - Client Delivery Manager or TQM background preferred

  • Cloud technology background preferred

  • Good stakeholder management

  • Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well-established internal and external network

  • Good project management skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

  • Good knowledge of the SAP product portfolio

  • Highly structured and organized

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High ambition, drive and focus on results and execution
