Description: An experienced Oracle SME contractor to provide onsite support with the maintenance of in-house developed Oracle Forms and Reports BSA applications.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

• Developing applications using Oracle Forms and Reports technology versions 10g, 11g
  and 12c development.
• Oracle Database 10g, 11g, and 12c.
• Oracle Headstart and QMS standards.
• NAEW BSA applications.
• Must have NATO Secret.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide continued maintenance support to the BSA Base Support Applications that
  have been locally developed using Oracle Forms and Reports technology.
• Provide continued maintenance support for the SOA Service Oriented Architecture
  based transaction interface between the FinS NATO Financial System and the PILS.
• Develop the interface between the locally developed HR application and the NATO wide
  used APMS Automated Personnel Management System application.
• Provide support to the development of the IST Integrated Scheduling Tool by providing
  expert knowledge on the locally developed scheduling tools APS Aircrew Training
  Records and ATR Aircrew Passenger Scheduling.
• Provide continued maintenance support to the BSA Base Support Applications) that
  have been locally developed using Oracle Forms and Reports technology.
