German Primate Center - Leibniz Institute for Primate Research (DPZ), Göttingen
The German Primate Center (DPZ) - Leibniz Institute for Primate Research in Göttingen conducts basic research in primate biology, infection research and neuroscience. It maintains four field stations and is a competence and reference center for research on and with primates. The DPZ is one of the 97 research and infrastructure facilities of the Leibniz Association.

Ihre Aufgaben
In addition to managing the secretariat, the activities and tasks of the team assistant include preparing, organizing and invoicing business trips for Germany and trips abroad and handling all consular matters (e.g. visa applications). Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and preparing meetings, symposia and conferences, managing literature and maintaining the web pages of the department as well as adding data to the DPZ report database system.

We expect very good organizational skills, a high degree of independent work, very good written and spoken communication skills, good English and IT skills (Microsoft Office), open-mindedness towards new challenges and enjoyment of working in an international team.
