As a Manager Port Operations, you'll be at the lead of planning and management of port calls, ensuring adherence to budgets, and enhancing destination experiences. With a focus on cost analysis and crisis management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence in port management on a global scale. Plan the port cost budget/forecast and monitor the budget realization

Plan and control port calls and services to the vessels

Support the brands in providing a high-quality destination experience

Analyze port costs, identify saving potential and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement

Maintain and update tariff data, discounts, berthing, port information and vendor data/ contracts
-
Participate in the crisis management duty as well as actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
-
Manage the berth reservation process for all Costa Group vessels Globally and assist in identifying and solving berth availability conflicts with internal and external stakeholders
Ihr Profil
-
Bachelor´s degree or similar in International Cruise Management, Tourism or any related field
-
At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of shipping or logistics, ideally in a cruise shipping company
-
Junior leadership experience as well as excellent negotiation skills
-
Result driven personality, having excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
-
Very good English (English is our company's official language)

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Power BI and experience in using MXP are a plus
