Country Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process - from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. If you know one of our target markets by heart and have profound business knowledge achieved through first hand experience in an e-commerce business or consultancy, you are the perfect fit for the team.,

• Operational monitoring of important store KPIs of the About You stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of strategic and operational measures and projects in the About You DACH markets

• Close cooperation with different departments, e.g. logistics, customer service, marketing or different tech teams

• Content support of various customer experience topics with direct reference and the goal of improving the customer experience (e.g. NPS, customer surveys, customer experience monitoring)

• Derivation and implementation of measures to improve the customer experience

• Management of internal and external service providers and stakeholders

• Support of International Markets in content analyses, strategic business cases and operational optimizations

Ihr Profil

• University degree in economics or a comparable course of study

• 1-3 years of experience, ideally in the e-commerce or fashion sector

• High motivation as well as a structured and independent way of working

• Very good analytical skills and commercial understanding

• Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)

• Problem solving oriented way of thinking

• Strong communication and cooperation skills

• Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
