(Junior) Country Manager Sweden (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process - from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. If you know one of our target markets by heart and have profound business knowledge achieved through first-hand experience in an e-commerce business or consultancy, you are the perfect fit for the team.,

• Operational monitoring and quality assurance of our Swedish online shop(s)

• Evaluation of KPIs of our Swedish online shop(s)

• Performance of a variety of analyses related to the Swedish market

• Acceleration of growth along all dimensions: E.g. assortment, pricing or user experience across devices

• Strong collaboration with different teams such as logistics, customer service, online marketing and shop development

• Involvement in various company projects, e.g. acquiring new local partners/brands or implementing new payment processes

• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of new strategic and operational initiatives in our Swedish online shop

Ihr Profil

• Very good university degree in business management or comparable degree

• Experience in e-commerce (or similar), ideally in a business development role

• Profound knowledge of the Swedish culture and retail landscape

• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)

• Native speaker competence in Swedish (oral & written)

• Fluency in English (oral & written), basic German skills

• Distinct understanding of numbers and analytical way of working

• Strong communicational skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility
