• Flexible 24-month trainee program University graduates (Bachelor or Master)

• Working independently on projects in the areas of trade/sales, logistics & marketing

• Participation in challenging tasks from the daily business as well as independent work in contact with customers, suppliers and service providers

• High level of willingness to learn and perform

• A degree in agricultural sciences or business administration

• Openness and pleasure in communication

• Take on responsibility and to be involved in different teams and tasks in a flexible manner

• Good knowledge of German and English

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as enjoy initiating and driving forward change
