Ihre Aufgaben

• Create and evaluate design concepts for embedded software or for software for embedded operating systems

• Rapid prototyping in the scope of feasibility checks

• Realize concepts every step of the way - from the component design to the module design, implementation and finally testing

• Expand existing concepts and developments

• Support testing and integration

• Create technical documentation as part of the development and for qualification purposes,

• Mentoring from experienced colleagues

Ihr Profil

• University/college degree in IT or electrical engineering, or a comparable course of study or professional training

• Experience in working with various microcontroller architectures (e.g. 8051, C16*, ARM*, Cortex M* or Cortex A*) and programming them in Assembler, C and C++

• Experience in developing software, protocols and drivers for embedded Linux or Android using C, C++, Java and e.g. Qt and JSON/BSON skills desired

• Familiarity with various bus systems (e.g. I2C, SPI or CAN) required

• Experience in using a structured software development process - from the client idea to the final approval test, ideally using the V-model

• Experience in various development approaches, such as MDD and TDD

• Experience in UML-based software design desired

• Familiarity with industry-specific and cross-sector norms and standards desired

• Coordinating skills and the desire to be an active member of the team

• Strong written and verbal English and German skills
