Job Summary
A Commercial District Manager is a first line sales manager that manages a team of Commercial Territory Reps and Commercial Account Managers to achieve allocated sales goals. A District Manager has a passion for serving customers, skilled at building internal and external partnerships. A District Manager is a strong sales leader and coach. A District Manager is results driven and develops long-term strategies and shorter term sales plans to meet revenue, cloud penetration and customer add growth goals.

Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

Experience as a seller with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas for contiguous, multiple years

Education

A minimum of 8 years experience as a field seller and 1 year as a people manager required
