Accountant - Non-Merchandise Accounting (Accounts payable) (m/f/d)

As part of the Finance Team, our Accounting Team is responsible for balancing all business transactions in accordance with HGB and IFRS. In doing so, they create the basis for our internal and external reporting. They are also responsible for financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management, as well as merchandise accounting. Together, they drive forward the digitalization and optimization of accounting processes.

As Accountant - Non-Merchandise Accounting (Accounts Payable) (m/f/d), you will be responsible for processing business transactions in accounts payable and financial accounting (no merchandise) and actively support the further development of these processes. You will work closely with a young, dynamic team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.,

• Processing various business transactions in accounts payable accounting

• Checking and account assignment of incoming invoices in Coupa

• Managing and processing invoice mailboxes

• Processing and clarification of open items

• Working closely with our specialist departments to ensure a smooth invoice approval process

• Communicating with suppliers

• Supporting in projects for process optimization in accounting

Ihr Profil

• Completed apprenticeship as an accountant, tax clerk, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in accounting, ideally in an e-commerce environment

• Good knowledge of SAP, Coupa and MS Office is a plus

• Independent, proactive way of working and excellent communication skills

• Good English skills, both written and spoken
