Ihre Aufgaben

As the Key Account Management Team, we take care of the fashion marketplace ABOUT YOU. This includes negotiating terms as well as handling operational processes, such as partner billing. Additionally, we manage marketing and sales campaigns and ensure the optimal curation of external partners' assortments. In the Account Management Team, we maintain an overview of all relevant company KPIs and steer the marketplace business using various reports, analyses, and forecasts. As part of our team, you will manage growth and cooperation projects and internationalize existing key accounts. We strategically lead and develop these key accounts within various cooperation models. Within the team, we align the assortment direction of the brand portfolio. We also work on developing logistical solutions for our innovative Fulfillment by About You model and negotiate commercials. Does this sound like the perfect job for you? As an intern (m/f/d) in Project & Account Management, you will support our Account Managers in the operational management of our partners, ideally starting in January 2025.,

• Supporting Account Managers with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

• Communicating with partners and organizing tasks related to partner management

• Taking on business development projects on a partner level

• Assisting with assortment analyses and reporting tasks

• Coordinating and maintaining supplier and product master data

Ihr Profil

• Studies in business administration, economics, or a related field

• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken

• Enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce

• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility

• Attention to detail and structured working methods
