- Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers in Global Sourcing Services.
- Negotiate and managing of Global Sourcing Contracts (from Non-disclosure agreements to Service Level Agreements).
- Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate all supplier-related activities throughout the value chain especially for Project Management and Service.
- Management of tenders / RFQ for suppliers (supplier selection, quotation analysis, commercial conditions, contracting&).
- Aligning commodity strategy within Global Sourcing Series Production / local Sourcing offices and Spare Parts Management.
- Close collaboration within Nordex departments & subsidiaries to guarantee the best understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at commodity & supplier level.
- Initiate and implement cost reduction measures within programs (cost out programs, localization initiatives, etc.).
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Experience with using SAP (or a comparable ERP system).
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a global cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
