Ihre Aufgaben


  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach).

  • You will drive your own process-from prospecting to qualifying-and set up high-quality meetings for the senior sales team, always with a sense of urgency and accountability.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.

  • Work towards setting up qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team and ensure a smooth Customer Centric Handover.

  • Continuously improve your knowledge of the market and product offerings, ensuring you stay ahead of trends and opportunities.

  • Help build up the team and identify needed structures, implement tools and share your learnings with the team.

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at iPoint Systems, you won't just be executing tasks-you'll be in the driver's seat, helping shape our outbound sales efforts from the ground up.
