In this role, you will manage and resolve claims with our subcontractors and supplier during the service period of global fleet . You will have to find new solutions for new challenges every day, and will work in a multicultural environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Investigating claims and determining liability in accordance with our contracts as well as any applicable laws and regulations
• Negotiating claims with supplier and subcontractor in cooperation with sourcing
• Drafting of notices of liability, claims and settlement agreements, in cooperation with the service regions and service back-office team as well as our Sourcing, Legal and Insurance departments
• Maintaining records of all claims and related documentation
• Supporting Service Regions in claim activities
• Analyze and report our claims, effectively communicate the resulting "lessons learned" within the company and optimize our claim and contract management process

YOUR PROFILE

• Studies in business administration, law, or alternatively industrial engineering or other relevant experience/ background

• Practical experience in claim management or similar background

• You have a strong interest in complex, technical issues and have a good eye for details

• You are not afraid to give your opinion and stand your ground

• You enjoy working in international teams,

• You are fluent in written and spoken English
