Ihre Aufgaben

• Work as a SCAYLE expert in the context of integration projects

• Be the contact person for our partners and customers in all technical matters and point of contact for our SCAYLE product development

• Support our partners and customers in the integration of SCAYLE and find the best possible solutions within the framework of our extensive out-of-the-box functionalities

• Lead workshops with our partners to define requirements and prepare solution options

• Be in close exchange with our project management and solution architects and act as a team

Ihr Profil

• Degree in business informatics or a comparable course of study

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a comparable position, preferably in an e-commerce environment

• Ideally initial experience in finding technical solutions with external stakeholders

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Initiative, solution orientation, hands-on mentality and creativity when working on tasks and processes

• Communication skills with external stakeholders
