Ihre Aufgaben


With us, you will work in a dynamic and international working environment that is shaped by the different cultures of our employees who want to achieve great things together day by day., We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our European Operations Excellence team. The QA Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our internal processes meet the highest quality standards across our organization. You will work closely with all departments to identify inconsistencies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.,

  • You are responsible for running the Quality Assurance Assessment processes to find areas of improvement and safeguard process quality across all departments of Pandora EMEA Operations

  • You plan and document quality assurance inspections

  • You monitor, document and report on process quality performance and identify areas for training and process improvements

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

  • You regularly communicate with your stakeholders within the business to understand their needs on improvement and translate it into existing and future quality assurance processes

  • You stay updated with industry standards & best practices and run projects to continuously improve the Quality Assurance procedures, systems and reporting.



Ihr Profil

In addition, we would like you to have:

  • You have a quality assurance or similar background with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience, preferably within and Operations environment

  • You are communicating effectively, fluently, and clearly with a smile and touch of enthusiasm

  • You have great attention to details, a structured approach and feel "beautiful madness" when you find a bug

  • Collaborating and communication with colleagues and stakeholders is something you enjoy

  • Knowledge about CRM system Salesforce cloud as well as Playvox is beneficial

  • You possess fluent verbal and written skills in English, any further language skills are an advantage

  • You have experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point and Teams).
