• Your responsibilities will cover the entire audit, including planning and scoping of the audit plan
• You will lead compley audits and deliver high quality audit reports as well as lead closing meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up measures
• In this key role you will identify areas for improvement and developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with business units at all levels to develop recommendations for audit findings, business process optimization, and compliance
• Improving the audit approach by applying data analytics and automation
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or similar
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an audit-related environment
• Certifications such as CIA or CPA qualifications are preferred
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit and a sense of responsibility - perfect for working together in a modern and cooperative team
• You have business fluent written and spoken English and at least one other language (Italian or Portuguese)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a matter of course for you
• Experience in advanced data analysis (SQL, Power BI) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel globally (approx. 20% travel time)
