• Workation: Up to 30 calendar days at a time and up to 90 calendar days within a 12-month period, if the general conditions permit this in the chosen EU country Vielfältige Aufgaben
• In this role, you will be responsible for developing EnBW standards for international cooperation projects
• Establishing a continuous improvement process for ongoing projects will be a key part of your duties, enabling efficient project management across the board
• Supporting offshore projects in setting up an efficient project management and reporting scheme, as well as making efficient use of existing know-how, will be essential
• Your experience will be crucial in setting up joint ventures, optimizing EnBW's position, and ensuring the cooperation is managed efficiently
• Managing projects in adherence to our project management and good governance principles will be another important aspect of your role
• Leading functional teams to develop project management excellence initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities
• Handling interfaces with our cooperation partners to ensure good communication, great team spirit, and the best possible collaboration will be vital
• Additionally, you will be taking decisions and preparing the fundamentals and presentations for high-standard decisions Überzeugendes Profil
• Possessing a profound understanding of the offshore wind business and project development, you plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for administrative or business processes
• With an extensive track record in management roles or as a senior advisor for offshore projects, you bring a thorough understanding of todays energy world
• Taking a strategic approach, you overcome challenges effectively
• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements are key aspects of your role
• Experienced in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure smooth communication and collaboration
• As an experienced team worker, you manage and work in project teams across EnBW and its cooperation partners
• Strong communication and influencing skills are among your strengths
• Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills round out your skill set
