Today, Heinz Herenz Medizinalbedarf GmbH supplies clinics and laboratories in over 110 countries and has made a name for itself worldwide with numerous patents and trademarks.

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible datea dedicated employee (m/f/d) for the

Commercial processing in the internal sales department

Your tasks

  • Independent support for our national customers by telephone & e-mail

  • Quotation preparation, order processing and tracking through to invoicing

  • Coordination with logistics, production and other departments to ensure smooth order processing

  • Ensuring fast and customer-oriented problem solving

  • Collaboration in marketing and sales promotion measures

  • Participation in trade fairs and preparation of marketing materials



Ihr Profil


  • Initial experience in the medical device sector is an advantage but not essential

  • Team player who contributes to the success of our team with strong communication and organizational skills

  • Enjoy customer service and work independently

  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM and ERP systems desirable

  • Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
