Summary:
The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who partners with our Omnichannel Retail clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. The role is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach.To excel in this role, you should possess a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem, along with consultative sales skills and a focus on client service. Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, providing consultative sales support, and delivering exceptional client service are key aspects of this role.You will join a team that is working with some of Meta's most important clients in the DACH region. This position can be located in either Hamburg or Berlin.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: 9. Demonstrated experience working directly with top clients and demonstrated industry experience in marketing, media, or consulting companies
10. Consistency in serving as a trusted consultant to partners, establishing meaningful relationships, and driving clients to action
11. Demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels and delivering actionable insights
12. Comprehensive understanding of full funnel marketing & Meta solutions
13. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)
14. Proven experience of finding solutions to complex issues, embracing ambiguity and driving impact
15. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills at all levels, including external speaker events
16. Fluency in English & German
