Support of the Autograph Collection Migration process

Implementation and monitoring of the Autograph Collection and Marriott International Standards

Ensuring the optimal utilisation of room capacity

Optimisation, maximisation and positioning of market share, revenue, occupancy and RevPAR through innovative and dynamic pricing strategies
-
Preparation of ad hoc analyses as required, meaningful presentations with the most important key figures and the annual budget and forecasts
-
Maintenance of PMS, RMS, CRS, GDS and OTAs
-
Management of the reservations department including training, performance reviews and ensuring a smooth reservation process
-
Close cooperation with the front office, sales and banqueting department as well as revenue management at the company headquarters in Hamburg

Completed hotel management training and/or studies in the field of hotel / tourism management
-
Several years of experience in revenue management and reservations in the luxury hotel industry, ideally with management responsibility
-
Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
-
Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
-
Ideally confident with the hotel software Opera, CoSTAR and Fairmas
-
Knowledge of Marsha is an advantage
-
High level of initiative and hands-on mentality
-
Affinity for numbers, strategic and cross-departmental thinking skills
