Sales Execution:

Promote and sell surface-active agents to a variety of industrial clients, emphasizing their applications in areas like emulsion polymerisation, agriculture, dyeing, and leather processing.

Achieve and exceed sales targets individually and as part of the team.
Reporting and Strategy:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project statuses.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Ihr Profil

Proven experience in industrial sales, particularly in chemicals or specialty products.

Strong knowledge of industrial applications such as emulsion polymerisation, agriculture, dyeing, or leather processing is a plus.

Experience in setting up and managing distribution networks is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
