Working student Operations Controlling (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and financial KPIs to support strategic decisions

• Collect, process, and visualize data to enhance transparency and decision-making processes

• Automate (reporting) processes to improve workflow efficiency within operational controlling

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to optimize cost structures and enhance process efficiency

• Collaborate across departments to gather key data and insights

Ihr Profil

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field

• Basic understanding of financial and operational KPIs, ideally with exposure to Controlling, Finance, or Data Analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong communication skills in both German and English

• Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team

• Experience with Power Query, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus
