This is the job:

• When acquiring secured non-performing or real estate owned portfolios , your assessment is required: You validate valuation approaches and forecasts (partially on-site), question micro and macroeconomic conditions, and confidently present your results on an international stage and to our Board.
• You calculate purchase prices for international real estate (portfolios) and continuously improve our calculation methods, data basis, and tools.
• You precisely investigate legal and economic influencing factors of local real estate markets and collaboratively challenge our external service providers and partners.
• As a valuation specialist, you also see yourself as a service provider for this the international, an interdisciplinary deal team. Your expertise, combined with a confident and communicative demeanor, makes you a reliable partner for them.
• You accompany investments in various European countries and act as a sparring partner for the holding company management and local subsidiaries regarding purchase decisions. And you are excited about traveling to our European subsidiaries about once a quarter for two to three days!

This is what you bring to the table:

• You have a successfully completed degree in Business administration, Business informatics or in a similar field.
• Your willingness to learn matches our willingness to teach and coach! Therefore, your dedication and flexibility are your USP.
• Analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills are your strength.
• You can effectively apply your very good MS Office (especially Excel) skills. Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of SQL and either R or Python.
• You enjoy working in international teams, speak English fluently, and excel with your high comprehension, flexibility, and interest in economic contexts.
• You are looking for an opportunity to acquire deep knowledge in real estate transaction management and finance, and maybe want to gain professional certificates such as MRICS, IREBS or CFA.
• Applied knowledge around NPL investments as well as German skills are a plus but not mandatory.
