• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, education, psychology, sociology or a comparable field of study with a focus on personnel management
• Proven practical experience in the office area
• Ideally initial experience in the HR sector
• International experience through a stay abroad, studies or internships is an advantage
• German language skills (B2) and very good written and spoken English skills
• Proactive, independent and careful way of working
• Very good knowledge of Excel & Word
• Experience with Success Factors, Microsoft Sharepoint and SQL knowledge is an advantage, but not a must
