Ihre Aufgaben

If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis of at least 70% (approx. 27 HPW), commencing at the earliest possible date as a SAP Key User General Ledger Financial Accountant., With your specialist perspective you analyze and implement software-technical changes in SAP General Ledger, SAP FI-AP and FI- AA. In doing so, you will work closely with business analysts, developers and internal system users from our department.

• Reviewing and ongoing development of accounting-relevant SAP processes

• Specialist and technical support and training for users

• Supporting the specialist unit with an eye to the further automation and digitalisation of processes

• Assuring regular operations in close cooperation with colleagues based around the world within the Hannover Re Group

• Involvement in central projects

Ihr Profil

• Degree in business administration, business sciences or commercial training / training as a certified insurance practitioner

• Experience in financial accounting and preparation of financial statements HGB and IFRS is desirable

• First SAP knowledge, preferably with one of the modules FI-GL, FI-AA or FI-AP

• Affinity for IT topics

• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is desirable

• (Re)insurance know-how is an advantage

• Independent user skills in German and English (at least level B2)

• Willingness to go on occasional worldwide business trips
