We're looking for someone with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to business, combined with a deep knowledge of the professional photography market., As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales and promotional efforts for Profoto products within your territory, working closely with dealers, dealer sales teams, and end users. With an ambitious 15% year-over-year growth target, you'll set strategic territory goals, build strong partnerships, and implement effective strategies.

Business Development: Drive growth through targeted sales and marketing strategies, dealer incentives, and performance analysis. Manage high-level negotiations and cultivate strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Online Strategy: Collaborate with dealer marketing teams to ensure optimal website visibility for Profoto products, focusing on product launches and promotions.

In-Store Activation: Train and motivate dealer sales teams, manage inventory, and enhance sell-through with effective merchandising.

Forecasting & Planning: Develop quarterly sales and cost forecasts aligned with Profoto's corporate plans and ensure effective execution of the 12-month KAM plan.

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware sales, specifically within the professional photography market, working with photographic dealers.

Strong understanding of the professional photography industry and a proven ability to drive growth through a data-driven approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
